What is Leadership Coaching?

Leadership Coaching is a collaborative partnership between a coach and the client in a thought-provoking and creative process that challenges and inspires the client to proactively invest in their professional growth and development.

Coaching fosters leadership development by promoting self-awareness, determining a course of action and empowering you to move forward with a plan.

Coaching is judgement-free and confidential. It is non-directive and client-led. It is forward-facing and solutions oriented.

Ecologically Mindful Coaching
In addition to traditional executive coaching, I also welcome clients who are seeking to explore and align their ecological and sustainability values with their career goals. Given my own professional journey in watershed advocacy, I welcome clients who wish to explore issues around climate change, sustainability, social justice, reconciliation and nested systems change. These are not always comfortable topics to discuss with others and many of us wrestle with these issues daily as we navigate our professional and personal lives. Whether you are already a leader working in sustainability, contemplating a career transition or experiencing discord between your values and your current work, I commit to providing a safe, non-judgmental space to navigate the complexities of these challenges.
In this work, I take inspiration and guidance from the Inner Development Goals: Transformational Skills for Sustainable Development (See IDG Framework).

My Coach Approach
As a coach and catalyst, I strive to bring the riverbank to my clients. Coaching offers a space for reflection as well as exploration and inspiration as clients proactively navigate their professional journey. My personal style is curious and persistent. I bring with me a sense of adventure and fresh perspective as leaders tackle complex systems change and strategize about the path ahead. Through compassionate, collaborative, and provocative dialogue, I coach leaders to step fully into their leadership strengths and values while cultivating resilience in themselves and in their communities.



Coaching Packages
I offer hourly coaching sessions or coaching packages for 3, 6 or 12 month terms. Sessions are 30 to 60 minutes in length and typically scheduled bi-weekly.
As a member of the International Coaching Federation, all coaching sessions are governed by the ICF Code of Ethics, including confidentiality.
